Quite an interesting comment.

I'd like to believe that only the enlightened beings come back but I don't think that makes sense. That is because up there is far better than here, even more privileged I'd say. The enlightened beings deserve to be released and allowed to stay there rather than being brought back. While commoners like us, committing numerous minute and unnoticeable sins, deserve to come back and compensate for our wrongdoings.
